How long will it take for my package to ship?

Processing time can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. I try to get to orders as soon as possible but I am a one-person operation with a day job, so it can take a little longer sometimes. Once shipped, that processing time can take up to 5-7 days depending. I would give your order at least 2 weeks before reaching out.

Please note: All stickers and art prints at this time ship with first-class mail (standard mail process) and most likely will not have a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only to a few countries right now. We hope to expand in the future!

Can I request custom sizing or a commissioned piece?

At this time, Moon Sole Market is run by a single person who currently has a daytime job. There is limited availability for commissioned or custom pieces- HOWEVER, you can always fill out the “contact” form and inquire about availability and discuss the details of the project you are interested in getting. Please just go in knowing that there may be a longer timeline involved at this time.

What are Oops Stickers and prints?

Since everything is made in-house by me, there end up being pieces that still look nice but may be the wrong size, or color or made of a different material. This is because I make test prints to figure out the perfect settings for printing and drawing. So instead of tossing them, I resell them at discounted rates so there isn’t as much waste!

Uhh nooo!! My package is damaged!?

I am so sorry that this happened!! I assure you that every shipment that leaves the shop is in perfect condition. However, once it leaves the shop and enters the mailing system, I can NOT guarantee how the rest of its travels will go. Packages getting damaged in the mailing system is incredibly unfortunate, I DO NOT accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Damages and mistakes made by USPS or other shipping companies are also included and Moon Sole Market is NOT at fault. The only exceptions include if there was a mistake on my end of things. I.e. a missing item for example. Which we can discuss privately to remedy :D
